Bachelor's degree in Management and Master’s degree in Corporate Finance both at LUISS Guido Carli (Rome) with an experience at ICADE (Madrid).
Pietro started his career as a consultant at Deloitte Consulting S.r.l. in the post-M&A support area. where he assisted several clients in their post-M&A activities, particularly in the transport sector, providing strategic advice on the implementation of innovative solutions.
Soon after, he moved to a financial boutique for M&A Transactions, IPOs and project financing. During this time he developed a strong expertise in due diligence, business valuation, business plan development and growth strategies.
After several years, he founded a Renovarum Consulting, Financial Boutique, where he is still a partner today, for Startup Advisory Service Line, continuing to follow the launch of start-ups, their development and all fundraising and exit activities.
He is currently a manager at ONEtoONE Corporate Finance, one of the largest independent corporate finance firms specialising in M&A advisory for small and mid-cap companies.
In addition, he is a partner and sits on various company boards.

Stefano graduated from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore with a three-year degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Management of Business Services, having spent a year abroad as an ERASMUSplus scholarship holder. During his career he has worked for leading multinational companies such as Pwc S.p.a., first as an intern and then as an auditor, and Accenture S.p.a., where he worked in the Banking & Capital Markets strategy area, following M&A transactions in the banking sector and IPOs of Italian SMEs.
He qualified as a Chartered Accountant and in the meantime worked in the finance and management control team of Alfonsino S.p.A., supporting the CFO and the area team in the listing of the same. After winning a call for start-ups, he became co-founder and CEO of a start-up operating in the car wash sector.
He holds a UniVertis Masters directly from the Vertis SGR fund in private equity, venture capital and investment banking. Prior to joining Renovarum, he worked for a financial boutique where he was part of the corporate finance team supporting M&A, PPP and CDS activities.
