Public works financed by private capital
We support private sponsors and local authorities in structuring projects with a sustainable economic and financial plan and a clear allocation of risks.
Under a public-private partnership, a municipality has a private party build and operate a facility, which recovers its investment from operating revenues, from the fees set out in the project, or from both. It works if the financial plan holds up and the risks are allocated clearly.
We support sponsors in preparing the proposal, from a financial plan ready for certification to the financing structure, and engage with the public authorities during the evaluation phases.
