Salvatore Sinigaglia is a Partner of Renovarum and sits on its Board of Directors, where he represents the industrial shareholder. An entrepreneur for more than fifteen years, he brings to every transaction the perspective of someone who runs businesses every day and backs them with his own capital.
He is the founder and Managing Partner of Lumina Holding, the operator-led holding company established in 2023, with its registered office in Nola and its operating headquarters in Caserta. The group brings together more than ten companies and over two hundred people, is present in six countries across Europe, the United States and the United Arab Emirates, and directly manages businesses in six areas of activity, with its own capital and a long-term horizon.
Lumina’s model is that of an industrial operator with permanent capital. It selects a small number of sound businesses, brings them into the group and shares structure, governance, expertise and relationships so that they grow beyond what they would have achieved alone, with no pressure to exit.
Within the group he personally oversees the technology and digital services businesses, with proprietary AI-driven software platforms for marketing and advertising and agencies that support brands in their digital growth.
