Corporate Finance Area – Investment Analyst – Hybrid work – Milan / Aversa (CE) Office

Are you ready to join our Corporate Finance team?
Within the Corporate Finance area you will have the opportunity to relate to evaluation activities in the M&A, Financial Reporting and Fundraising Operations fields. The projects developed will refer to the evaluation activities of companies or investment projects, business planning, project financing, Cost-Benefit analysis, market analysis and Management Control activities. To join the team you will need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics or Engineering and/or Master’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting (also in progress with the possibility of completion within one year),
  • Good knowledge of evaluation and business planning methods, Proactivity and resourcefulness in market analysis and specific research activities;
  • Good knowledge of financial modeling and use of Excel, Aptitude for team working, organizational and problem solving skills,
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language.

Fixed part and variable part on the total number of contracts in which one participated.

Contract type

The type of classification will be determined taking into account the characteristics and specific requirements of the selected candidate and the company’s needs.
