An investment holding company with an annual turnover in excess of €350 million. It recently acquired a 40% stake in Renovarum.Renovarum manages M&A (mergers and acquisitions) and investment activities for Nebula. The investment criteria are
- Sectors: Artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, healthcare, digital health, e-commerce, SaaS, fintech, clean tech and renewable energy;
- Geographic area: EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa);
- Revenue: 15-20% year-on-year growth;
- EBITDA margin: 10%.
UnoCapital SCF
An independent financial advisory firm with over €300 million in assets under management (AUM).
Renovarum supports UnoCapital through:
Execution of club deals, including target identification, valuation, due diligence, as well as investment management and monitoring;
Sell-side activities, i.e., identifying buyers or investors for SCF’s client companies.
UnoCapital SCF
A consulting firm focused on business support and capital raising. Renovarum and Calibra work together on M&A transactions.

The Foundation was created by the initiative and will of the families of the victims with the aim of promoting initiatives and activities of service and social solidarity.
AIFI
AIFI is the Italian Association of Private Equity, Venture Capital and Private Debt, created to develop, coordinate and represent the players active in the Italian market in an institutional context. Renovarum is a member of AIFI.
AIFO
AIFO, the Italian Association of Family Officers, is a hub for top professionals involved in the management, administration and protection of significant and complex family wealth. Renovarum is an active part of this ecosystem, as two of its partners are qualified AIFO professionals.
